LeBron James Waves French Flag To Signal Start Of Le Mans

The 2022-23 season began with LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in a 2-10 hole.

The Lakers had such a brutal start to the season that many expected them to miss the playoffs, let alone contend for a championship.

After acquiring reinforcements at the trade deadline, Los Angeles turned things around and made it all the way to the Western Conference Finals.

James played well enough for the Lakers to come within shouting distance of their 18th NBA championship despite a bad foot that may require surgery in the offseason.

As a result, the organization and its fans must wait to find out if James was serious about retiring after being swept by the Denver Nuggets.

The King's agent Rich Paul played it coy when asked about his retirement and didn't do much to alleviate any concerns.

James has been enjoying his time off during the NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and Nuggets.

The 38-year-old was recently in France for the oldest endurance race in the world.
